Gitlab-ci notifications do not work #94

I raised the bot on the docker everything is fine except for the launch notifications and and the status of the Pipeline from the gitlab

to receive notifications from a bot, you have to choose what to receive. In order to chat where the bot needs to write the settings and look at item CI, but the problem is that it all happens in one message, that is, if an error message comes, then that it is not finished well because the message will be edited
