search: fix search parameters on load

• Does not add pre filters when they are present in the URL.
• Initializes filters with search filters during the loading application.
• Closes rero/rero-ils#2562.
• Closes rero/rero-ils#2527.

  • RERO ILS indicates simple=1 in the URL and gives 3 results > it is not correct
  • either it is simple=0 with 3 results
  • or simple=1 with no result
