Bug description:

Impossible to submit a research project (hepvs): it spins forever

Expected behavior:

Submission is possible

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in as as submitter of hepvs
  2. Add a project
  3. Fill all fields
  4. Save and click on "Submit"
  5. It spins forever
