documents: add search link on the author's name

[x] The displayed link should not include the affiliation and the role, because it is only based on the author's name (document detailed view, public interface)
[x] [not-blocking] When clicking on an author from a brief view (public search), the content of the search field in the header is not updated. --> ZUB: It is not possible to do it, because it is a mix between Jinja and Angular
[x] [not-blocking] The link in the brief/detailed view (public + professional interface) includes a space, sometimes before sometimes after the name - aesthetically not perfect
