Group 3 Analyzer #8

We have combined with Group 1 as Error Analyzers.

Our repos can be found: https://github.com/aparker92/error_analyzers

Specifically, our project included refactoring Luen's code to encompass more models as whole and reflect on using the Earthquake data that we are using.

@bonghyun5 make sure to specify that the package pracma needs to be installed. We adding one line to your code so expect a pull request from us soon
