The application does indeed open when we try it, just in a position that is not on the screen based on the coordinates you have provided.

Reason for disagreement: I would like to question what is the difference between "not on the screen" and "cannot open" for the end user. If the end user is unable to see and interact with the application, they are equivalent.
Additionally, you look like you're testing on a widescreen monitor. I was testing on a 16" laptop. It is likely that the specific dimensions I had problems with does not have issues on your end because of your monitor size. However, there are likely to be values in preferences.json that can cause the exact same issue that I am having.
Your screenshot shows how the reminder window is open, but the main application window is barely visible. This is very strange behaviour and I would not notice the main application window being actually there if I were not paying attention. You look like you're using Windows, and you may be familiar with how difficult it is to deal with these kinds of windows which are almost not on screen. If it's barely visible, you can't click on these windows or move them around.
Changing values in preferences.json to other values may cause the application to not open, but the reminders page still opens. See values I used above.
This prevents me from using the application.
