Help Window opens minimised #4

Steps to reproduce: (Tested on Windows) Open Help Window. Minimise the help window. Then right click the Help Window and close it (see image) Then open the Help Window again from the application.

Expected: Help window opens for the user

Actual: Help Window opens minimised

If user accidentally minimises the help window and close it, when they open it again they may not realise the help window is already open
