Generate documentation for blueprint archetypes & components #5317

Blueprint uses a scope that's currently filtered.

Need to decide how this works, where it goes, etc.

Yeah. I think the way we handled this with view docs and view properties addresses this well enough.

Though maybe we could use a comment somewhere that the blueprint-scoped components and data types don't get explicit documentation. Only views.
