Because we can use *.drawio.svg model supported by the VS Code diagrams.net integration plugin we don't really need much custom functionality with a diagrams.net-specific viewer. We can just use *.drawio.svg as the source and then use SVG-specific libraries rather than diagrams.net-specific libraries.
