MRG: try some automated parsing of RS code #82

This is for review.

See the ./source/parse_for_programs.py file for the parsing code.

The modifications in the files here, are the result of running:

python parse_for_programs.py *.Rmd -o rss_scripts

in the ./source directory. Any thoughts? Commit (and delete parsing program)? Or work on it some more?

I'd like to get this in fairly soon to make it easier for people editing the files to a) edit and b) check with the Statistics101 software.
