Rename lessons #46

The existing lesson names (I, II, III etc) are really cumbersome and non intuitive.

We want to change to something along the lines of 1, 2, 3 etc, with the number indicating the expected progression through the material.

When we change the lesson names, we will have to change the slide generator as well to order the lessons by number on the index slide.

Thanks to @hooliowobbits brilliant naming scheme there is no need to change the slide generator. Bonus. 👍
