Sorry this is so slow!!! Updates based on conversations in #27 and #25.

There is some new text to discuss. Is, "Contact ResBaz committees by email with the following structure: committeeName.ResBazAZ[at]gmail.com. The executive committee can be reached at ResBazAZ[at]gmail.com" sounding correct?

Do we want to go forward with the creation of these transferable emails? I will make sure to comment this in the conversation in #27

My suggestion is to use ResBazAZ+committee@gmail.com (replacing committee with each committee's name).

Then we use a combination of delegation, filtering, and/or forwarding to make sure it gets to the right people, while still having only one email address to manage.

Yes.

Any email to an address of the format ResBazAZ+anything@gmail.com will go to the usual ResBazAZ Gmail account. We can redirect and forward from there as necessary.
