Need feedback (e.g. in flowchart) of % of jobs out of date per task (e.g. 80% 
of jobs need to rerun etc.).

would require post-processing of svg output to work. Nice idea but after 
christmas at the earliest... Sorry.

Just saw the "80% of jobs need to rerun".
Could have this as a summary for pipeline_printout(...)

One solution would be to get the a dictionary of tasks and if complete or not 
analogue to the pipeline_printout() function.

This would be quite helpful
