Little UI bits

x button in main modal now dismisses keyboard when keyboard is present instead of exiting modal.
continue button now dismisses keyboard and goes to next step instead of just going to next step
when modal 2 toggle is set "& Voice" is removed form the button under "start conversation" indicating that the voice step of the modal is gone
Main button now has a loader on the "connecting" stage
