create an image processing pipeline

the image processing will allow users to upload an image for their profile or repo or whatever, and the image will be compressed and generated into a pixelated and non-pixelated version.

created a media object, figured out a way to download files, now need to create the ability to:

• update avatar (in user update function - initially it's an identicon)
• optionally add repository / project image when creating them from the website
