Next / Previous links for Sidebar based layouts in mobile view #119

When navigating a sidebar based doc, it's cumbersome to go from page to page by opening up the sidebar via burger button. In mobile, it should show a previous / next link, just like in docosaurus:

This next / previous link will be hidden in Table / Desktop view to prevent clutter
