Decorators revision #144

Added some content to the missing bs.meth and bs.inline as well as updated the remaining content to mention the existence of the wonderful records-as-objects.

I simplified some things, since we started duplicating information from other sections, so I just added small examples on how the decorator expands and referred to the sub sections for details.
