Add meta link to RSS feed #192

This makes it easier for RSS readers to find the RSS feed so that people that want to subscribe can just add reasonml.org to their RSS reader.

Cool! one question: is this meta tag supposed to be on every page? I thought it's only supposed to reside on /blog related pages?

Good question 🤔 I don't see any downside with having it everywhere? I think it at least should be on the frontpage and all blog related pages. If it is not on the frontpage then you would have to add reasonml.org/blog when trying to add it to a rss reader.
