Md improvements / Better design #26

After receiving some feedback, I also think it's good to have the h2 headers hidden and use the signature as the visual hook instead.

Still need to experiment a little bit more, but metastrings in code blocks, e.g. re example, allow us to be much more flexible with the component rendering.

So far I really like the results!
