Add code of conduct #38

By merging this PR, the initiators of this project hereby pledge that they will take responsibility for establishing and maintaining an inclusive and positive contribution experience to this project, as stated in the committed CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file.

In more detail, this PR adapts the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct in its original form, since I think it reflects our values and the environment we want to create really well.

Proposals for adaptions are highly welcome, otherwise I would go with the vanilla version for now.

Looks great!

One thing I like is if enforcement is clearly defined, but on the other hand it might highly depend on the actual case. Considering that I would leave it as is and merge it.

Yeah, I think we can still refine it later on, since I currently have no specific ideas on how to make it unambiguous. I think this all comes with more experience later on, so I suggest we will revisit it after a while to get more specific.
