Added esbuild template #46

Hi! First of all, thank you for this awesome initiative. I added a basic esbuild flavour in case you found interesting. =)

I am however not sure if we should include this, since it is too similar to the vite theme and vite uses esbuild under the hood. Is it because of a faster production build?

Yes, after do the PR, I read the discussions about what should be included in this starter... I didn't compare results, it was only because in our team we use esbuild. So we can close the PR if you want
