~Updated the server to v 1.6.0~
Updated the server to v 1.8.1
Set askToStartBuild to false (would be nice to have a config for this, but i have no clue how to implement it)

The rescript language server will now be shipped as a dedicated npm package, and we'll probably instruct users to go with nvim-lapconfig instead (see https://github.com/neovim/nvim-lspconfig/pull/2879)
