docs: add todolist example #168

Adds the "todo list" example as asked on #138. It can be accessed by navigating to "/todo" or clicking the a element on the main page. It uses ReForm's array api. I also plan on adding it to docusaurus as a "tutorial" on how to use BsReform.

Very good! Thanks a lot for it. After I get https://github.com/Astrocoders/lenses-ppx/pull/14 ready for release we can revisit this to make it even better
