Add talk abstracts to schedule page

This PR piggybacks on #24, where adding the proposals directly in the schedule made the table too long. Subsequent to Yo's comment here, a few adjustments have been made.

Changes made:

• Added the long proposal submissions at the bottom of the page, below the schedule.
• Link the titles to the abstracts below, using internal hyperlinks.
• Add the correct link to this new schedule page directly in the homepage.
• Remove the default layout, that caused a weird overlap of content. 👇
