Analysis: Fix tests to accommodate the changed filter structure. #24

Due to changes in the filter structure. Tests have to accommodate the new filter semantic. Some tests are also not very effective. This has to be fixed too.

Fixed tests. Test coverage is still bad, but tests work again with new filters.
