Redirect to /projects when questionnaire finished

If a user attempt to access the Qualitrics finished questionnaire, the user should be redirected to the /projects endpoint.

Use the get contact API to check the history of the user and especially if the survey is already finished, see https://api.qualtrics.com/docs/get-contact

The application now redirect to the project page if the Qualtrics survey has already been completed
