Update RSD Home with Video and new styles tweaks #1051

Fixes #1016

The inclusion of the video has been made via the HTML5 standard video player with a cover image, streaming capabilities and only being downloaded when the user interacts with it. There is no need to update the cookies statement or the privacy policy since we are the ones storing the video file.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

New video files for the RSD video section
Add new styles for specific buttons and icons.
Updates to stats layout to improve responsiveness.
It also adds new background size and position utilities to tailwind.config.js.
Some code refactoring for improved readability and efficiency.
