Best Practices assessment of RSD #1087

Hey! On behalf of SciCodes, I will assess the RSD on 9 best practices (Garijo et al., 2022). Before I start, I wonder whether there are any major upgrades planned for the near future? If so, I'll wait for those, so that the assessment will stay current for a bit longer.

Hey, that's very kind of you to do. First of all, while we regularly update the RSD, no big breaking changes are planned for the near future. Furthermore, we started with a self assessment on the nine best practices from SciCodes a while ago, see issue #783, but we never completed it, so maybe you can add your findings to that issue. Furthermore, @jmaassen indicated that he can help you if needed, and maybe you could also keep @maaikedj in the loop. 😀
