Improve ORCID documentation

Add link to ORCID documentation on addding redirect URLs

docker compose down --volumes && docker compose build --parallel && docker compose up --scale data-generation=0
Visit http://localhost/documentation/rsd-instance/configurations/#enable-orcid-authentication-and-coupling
