feat: global search accessible via Ctrl K / Meta K #1149

Global search always accessible via Ctrl K / Ctrl L

Changes proposed in this pull request:

the global search can always be accessed via the keyboard shortcut Ctrl K or Meta K (Mac)

How to test:

docker compose build --parallel && docker compose up
open any RSD page
press Ctrl + K or ⌘ + K and verify that the global search is being focused
when global search is focused, the hint in the search bar disappears
with a mac: verify that ⌘ K is displayed instead of Ctrl K
