feat: cache auth endpoints for all providers #1239

Cache requests to well known endpoint

Closes #1106

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Cache requests to well known endpoint to obtain authorization endpoint url every 60 minutes

How to test:

make start to build app and generate test data (not really required)
observe console logs from the frontend. docker compose logs frontend -f
