Database performance

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Data generation script now generates more data by default
Add indices to join tables
Improve GROUP BY operations by only specifying necessary columns
Improve UNIONs by first first doing UNION ALL and then filter out duplicate columns based on only necessary columns

How to test:

docker compose down --volumes && docker compose build --parallel && docker compose up --scale data-generation=1
Check if everything still works
This was tested to improve performance on some database calls
