When opening the dedicated software highlights page, the search functionality is broken.
To reproduce, start the RSD, login as an administrator and add a number of n highlights to the list.

The, open the highlights view http://localhost/spotlights
Type a term in the search bar. The grid will always show n cards. These cards are empty, unless the search matches the highlight:
