Maybe I am reporting redundant issue. However, when i am trying to add DOI https://doi.org/10.1186%2Fs40537-019-0194-3

the RSD has problem parsing it. The workaround is, of course, to replace %2F with /: https://doi.org/10.1186/s40537-019-0194-3
