Fix warning on new rules after update

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Fix eslint (typescript) rules that are by default enabled in next
We use warnings instead of errors (because the code does work).
Beside linting improvements, I updated cookies lib and next to latest versions

How to test:

After fixing all these linter warnings the app should still work properly. All test should pass.
