Artifact evaluation update from main#278

We have incorporated the feedback from reviewers and have made the following updates to our artifact evaluation:

1. Update STATUS files with more detailed rationale for badges
2. Included the original paper in the OSF package with corresponding link
3. Removed dependency on external tool so runs should no longer fail intermittently
4. Clarify link between script output and experiments in the paper
5. Output certain data to CSV files
6. Reorganized structure of repository to be more clear
7. Other various fixes (e.g. correcting docker commands)
