Can this plugin be uploaded to maven central? #252

I don't upload it anymore to mavenCentral. Is this an issue as it is available via the offical gradle plugin repository.

May I know why? The reason why I am asking is that my company has restrictions on what open source plugin we can use. For maven central, we can use all projects. For Gradle plugin repository, we have the restriction on that.

Did I understood it right that for gradle plugins you have to use the gradle plugin repository? Because the offical gradle plugin repository is not maven central. See https://plugins.gradle.org/plugin/net.researchgate.release where also 2.6.0 and the new 2.7.0 is available.

Not all plugins from gradle repository cannot used, there are some tedious bureaucratic process to go through to use a new plugin that is not currently on the list.
