What is the current behavior?

Sorting is done at View Level

What is the new behavior?

Sort incoming messages before storing in the redux state, (remove view level sorting)
Sort useCases on init
Sort allChatConnections directly when retrieving from redux Store
Remove hasChatConnections -> Chats menu item is never inactive
Refactor connection-header (add props -> hideTimeStamp etc)
