Forwarded Message envelopes are filtered out in the group-chats (only original/forwarded message is displayed)
this causes the state to (sometimes) leave forwardmessage-envelopes in a state of unread since we set the markMessageAsRead upon visibilty within the chat. this change/fix ensures that all non-displayed and unread envelopes are markedAsRead
