I suspect this is a brand new plugin - the backup/moodle1 classes are for restoring backup files from Moodle 1.9 or older. I don't think your plugin has ever supported Moodle 1.x and so there will not be anyone with a moodle 1 based backup with your plugin in it. Probably best to just delete the "moodle1" folder.
