Command line instructions #20

On the github instructions it uses "resemble_enhance" as the command instead of "resemble-enhance"

"pip install . "

(without the quotes)

then it will

Thanks for fixing the first commands. There are a few more still "resemble_enhance" under the Enhance and Denoise only subheads.
