Outlook warning about unsafe link for resend email #443

anyone else getting this for outlook / office 365 recipients? Domain is verified in resend and all DKIM / SPF keys set... do I need to set fully qualified DMARC as well? Issue doesnt occur for other common email clients -- Gmail / Yahoo / Proton Mail.

user is also using Gmail

Mail app on windows and McAffee antivirus which is triggering the warning

I also hit this and turned click tracking off for the moment
