STFT code for preprocessing? #2

Hi,

Great work on generative models for ground motion synthesis. I am particularly interested in how to preprocess your ground motion data with STFT. I saw it was empty in TF_Preprocessing.py. Is there any possibility to make it open-access? Thanks a lot!

Thank you. The TF_preprocessing is a little messy. I will revise it and willl update the repository in the following days.
