I wrote this yesterday, https://medium.com/@resilience_me/using-a-genetic-algorithm-for-self-organising-emergent-tax-rates-in-a-crypto-basic-income-system-fbb9d60ba7fa
about how dividend-rates could emerge and self-organise through a free market mechanism

I like the idea. I'm trying to brainstorm with some friends about how we could utilize something today. A organization internal "currency" or let's call them "reputation shares" that can be used internally to pay each other and that decide how revenue from entities external to our organization is distributed.
Those "micro reputation shares" which is used as an internal currency will have baked in specific rules how they are created, destroyed and re-distributed (through some kind of UBI-mechanism). The height of the internal reputation UBI is voted on, like many other things.
We thought about creating a UK Ltd. or some other companies, but have
problems in finding a way how to avoid a human CEO at some point.
Regarding your idea - that's something I might like to add. I had a similar idea some years ago which I tried to phrase as "paying customers should become shareholers over time" - thus, whenever they buy a product or service, they should have the right to get some shares - which they of course don't need to buy - thus current owners could offer an immediate "buy-back"-option. Once a customer is a micro-shareholder, he of course will receive dividends, which would constitute what you describe as the UBI paid by companies, if I understand you correctly :-)

are you familiar with ethereum ? ethereum companies have transcended CEOs, look at http://colony.io, not many dApps online yet but evolving fast, there's a dApp for voting, http://publicvotes.org/ an anti-sybil dApp, http://proofofindividuality.tk
I am familiar with the existence of ethereum and also the concepts of how it's supposed to work. I didn't write an ethereum contract yet. I'm also aware of colony.io, but despite ethereum or colony.io, if you want to make business with traditional existing businesses, you need to write invoices and this only works if you aquire a certain legal status, which might involve a traditional bank account or not.
Of course you can always cheat, but I wonder if there is a legal way and if so, how does it look like?
I don't believe in proofofindividuality.tk as a method that solves identity, but it's still inspirational and maybe part of the solution. I am aware of publicvotes.org but don't really understand what it solves and how it solves that.
there's a paper from 2007 that quotes the POI mechanism (in the meat space, not video) as
the only proposed solution that can address both strong accountability and privacy at the same time
