Metadata Owner Issue #12

Metadata issue: Owner; this part at the moment links to the data uploader database. However, we would like to have an option to have an owner list which is independent or could also be from the user list but identified as owner eg Organisation, or individual, or Office, etc.

Therefore, the list of uploader/user should be different from the organisation/owner with details like contact information and their backgrounds.

The owner can be specified as one of the registered users of the GeoNode. As far as I know, at the moment, that is the only option. It is not possible to specify an arbitrary owner (person or organization) and have a link to provide more information about contact details, etc.

My suggestion is to create usernames matching the correct owners and assign each layer manually. In the ideal SDI world those owners would be the ones uploading their data, in which case ownership would be assigned through their GeoNode username automatically.
