Information about bug

After an update of erpnext apps, the existing GSTR-1 Reports are not available

Version

ERPNext: v15.38.0 (version-15)

Frappe Framework: v15.43.0 (version-15)

Frappe HR: v15.30.0 (version-15)

India Compliance: v15.13.3 (version-15)

Relevant log output / Stack trace / Full Error Message.

Frontend console error 
Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: "undefined" is not valid JSON
    at JSON.parse (<anonymous>)
    at report_view.js:31:33

This looks like a migrate or JS build issue with your site. Are you still facing this issue?

bench build should resolve this IMO.
