candor segfaults on jack callback #1

thought I'd try and run candor, but it explodes on my machine right after discovering the monome & lighting a couple of leds. fired up gdb & this is the line where it's dying https://github.com/murrayfoster/candor/blob/master/ficus/libficus.c#L193
