How to handle TS3,TS4 files #39

simpleRunWithTipper_viewimp_withHz_polarisations Hello everyone, I am very interested in magnetotelluric data processing.I followed the instructions in the Tutorial to run the code. After running through the sample data ATS, I tried to process the Phoenix data, but I did not know what problem occurred, so that my apparent resistivity and phase only showed low-frequency TS5 files, missing the high-frequency and mid-high-frequency TS3 and TS4.I would like some advice on how to solve this problem, and I would be most grateful if you can help me with this problem. And thank you very much for reading this question. simpleRun_tfData_view Attached are some pictures of data processing

Hi sorry, for the lack of response. Many thanks for using resistics and for posting your question. I've been working on the new version and not been following these issues as much. The new version is going to switch to using MTH5 as the only supported data format. https://mth5.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ MTH5 itself supports quite a few data formats, so this should all get much easier in the next few months. If you could wait a bit longer, that's what I'd recommend.
