Hi there,

I was wondering if there is plans to integrate compleasm as an alternative to BUSCO, since its running 10x faster. It can produce a BUSCO-formatted output table

Hi,

yes we definitely have plans to include more approaches to detect single copy orthologs. However currrently there is no timeframe when this will happen. compleasm is on our list of course.
