Removed some stuff that was more "best practice" than style guide. Also updated a lot of the examples.

@apartyka Can I get your thoughts on these updates too? I make some cuts. I like the content, but it was very "best practice" heavy. We should put a lot of that content in another doc or something. Good stuff.
